It is completely understandable as individuals in the legal sector have had to ride many a wave in 2016; Brexit left uncertainty over job security, property specialists could only say the words ‘stamp’ and ‘duty’ for three straight months, available trainee and NQ positions were fewer than projected in years past, and there were plenty of mergers that have been equally exciting and concerning for all involved.
